A True Tablet PC

0
I just came across and article about the Touch Book. This seems to be the first attempt at a truly useful tablet, not the somewhat lame attempts that the current tablet pcs have made. I currently use and love my ipod touch and would like to have something similar, just a bit larger, and I think the Touch Book may just be the device I have imagined. It's light, gets decent battery life, and is not ridiculously priced. It uses an ARM processor just like many cell phones and PDAs, so it should be able to run Android just fine. The manufacturer will ship it using its own version of Linux. I think it may just be the right thing. It's only $300. I'll probably wait til it ships and then read reviews before I run out and get one. The user experience on my iPod touch is too good for me to switch to a mediocre device with no support. Cross your fingers.
